By checking the SMS consent box on our financing inquiry page or otherwise providing express consent, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Strait Lending LLC at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include conversational replies, appointment reminders, document reminders, financing inquiry status updates, account notifications, and other file-related follow-ups.

If you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to your number unless you opt in again. If you reply HELP, we may respond with support information or contact instructions.

Submitting a financing inquiry does not guarantee loan approval, funding, rate, terms, or lender acceptance. Any financing is subject to underwriting, lender review, documentation, and final written agreements.
